Touch Screen or Keyboard EPoS Systems
Using modern, reliable point of sale hardware, our EPoS Systems support both touch screen and keyboard operation. Touch screen operation allows for an accelerated learning curve, enabling temporary staff to gain confidence quickly as well as increasing throughput at your busiest times. Keyboard operation, which can be combined with touch screen operation, allows for a more traditional EPoS system, and gives you extended functionality for tasks that are performed infrequently.
Fully Integrated Chip and Pin EPoS Systems
Using pre-certified chip and pin units and pin pads, our EPoS systems offer a fully integrated chip and pin solution. This solution uses the Internet for credit card authorisation. Integrated chip and pin minimises operator error and allows for 15 to 20 second authorisation time, significantly quicker than traditional methods.

Following the successful pilot of Buyolgy's new Plympton branch ECR have been chosen to roll their Cash and Carry EPoS solution to Buyology's other locations. Buyology cash and carry warehouses offer exceptional value for money on a range of over 35,000 products. ECR have implemented a Head Office and Branch EPoS solution which includes, Head Office control, local branch EPoS with integrated Chip and Pin, item, shelf edge label and poster printing and hand held stock taking. Sales are piped to Head Office and Local Branch in real time given instant access to sales information.
The Crumblin' Cookie on the High Street in Leicester City has under gone a recent referbishments making it one of the best coffee and sandwich bars in the midlands. ECR have installed their coffee house EPoS solution to the first floor of the bar. The second phase of the project will see the installation of EPoS to the upstairs area. Remote order printing for drinks and food preparation make for smooth customer service.
The Foresters Oaks, Llandevaud, has been taken over and transformed into one of the best spots around for traditional meals at exceptional value. ECR have supplied the Foresters Oaks with their latest catering EPoS solution. The solution covers both bar operations and table tracking. Bar tabs may be started at the bar and subsequently transfer to a table as the customer requires.
Reading Football Club, catering company Compass Group, RFID solutions provider Fortress GB and ECR have joined forces for the successful launch of a new cashless payment system, Royals QuickPay, last month. The system was launched as a trial in a single stand, allowing the supporters to pay for their drinks and snacks using monies loaded to their existing Reading FC Season or Member cards. The result: the UK ' s 1st completely cashless stand. For the Reading trial the point of sale software, training and support were provided by ECR who have seamlessly integrated with the Fortress eMoney Solution.

Opening on March 15th in Mermaid Quay Cardiff Bay, Lobster Bob is a retail outlet for ocean wear. Stocking a range of high quality surf wear and marine technical clothing, Lobster Bob will use ECRs Retail EPoS solution. This solution will include touch screen barcode scanning with integrated chip and pin at the point of sale. Back of house will include price, product and stock control with label printing and handheld stock take facilities.

Constructed in 1892 , the Metropole Theatre was originally a Dance and Market Hall. The building has been refurbished to a state-of-the-art cultural and conference centre. Big Blue Aquatics Centre chose ECRs Retail EPoS solution to manager their point of sale and stock. Working with Aytel Systems Ltd ECR implemented the solution which uses touch screen point of sale. A wireless local network was install by Aytel to connect back office with the point of sale. Full stock control and item label printing completes this Retail EPoS Solution.
